Mr Maximus Readings—Soul Companion
‘Mr Readings has my back behind our gate. Cats have extra-dimensional contacts and all that. My story-telling is prompted by strong emotional responses; my painting is prompted by strong emotional responses. If I do not create then my body lives out my strong emotional responses through illness. Cats appear very self-contained, but are very attached to their carers—when Mr Readings passed on last May—I attached to an emotional strand in another dimension—my mate of fifteen years was gone.’
