Another popular design made from a large cylinder of rolled clay, I bashed these out six at a time and covered them in a variety of colourful glazes with blue looking the best. I am not sure what I enjoyed more the making or experimenting like a mad chemist to make the glazes. I explored many English and American pottery magazines to find recipes to adapt to my kilns.
