Angel Fish
Commission piece based on one of the first fish designs I ever made back in 1988. Rolling out two slabs of red clay that were joined in a rough triangle as Angel Fish are then incised and marked with my favourite clay tool, a shortened cricket bat, which allowed me to make the frilly edged of the tails. Fired in an electric kiln with cadmium yellow and cobalt and copper blues.
