Rhinoceroses
Made for a gallery in Brisbane, these fellows were made as close to my sketches to keep a sense of freshness. The bright yellow was a good contrast to the runny blue glaze mix. Fired in a gas kiln to 1105c, not a high temperature as the yellow would have turned into a clear glaze otherwise.
