This fussy, nasty, scratchy, horrible, pretentious, bad-tempered bird spends a lot of time crowing while standing in his own shit. Young roosters start cynical and grow vain, high-handed and dictatorial until they find themselves in the soup—Chicken Soup. Roosters refuse to acknowledge the feelings of others; they often fail the lesson of intimacy. Thank goodness for KFC.
