Lost Teddy Blue,
‘For many years, I made ceramic creatures, for a time past that was less cluttered with stuff. Now I paint pictures of my creatures from working sketches made in my old artist journals. These creature-creations have become the inspiration for proposals of children’s readers. This painting ‘Lost Teddy Blue’ is about a loved soft-toy who comes alive for a night when left behind in a park, and has some adventure before being rescued and returned home.’
