Empty Vessels
A series of heads made as vases, hence the empty vessel. Made from a red clay and covered in a white slip with coloured under-glazes or oxides mixed with the slip. Fired in an electric kiln with a clear glaze to 1110c while the inner surface had a dark violet opaque glaze.
